By accessing our website, purchasing products or services, or enrolling in Zova Golf, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, purchase our products or services, or enroll in Zova Golf.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase and no membership required. Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within one business day and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on costing $5.99. It is never added to your cart automatically; you choose whether to add it.
Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We do not offer a product warranty. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
Zova Golf VIP Membership Program
The Zova Golf VIP Membership Program (“the VIP Program” or the “Membership”) is operated by Zova Capital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to anyone (“you” or “member”) who enrolls in the VIP Program. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling.
Enrollment & Billing
By enrolling in the VIP Program, you agree to the following membership terms:
- 30-day free trial.
- After the 30-day free trial ends, you will be charged $29.99.
- Your membership will then automatically renew for $29.99 every 30 days until canceled.
- Your product or order is charged separately at its normal price. The membership is a separate recurring charge and does not replace or alter the normal price charged for the products in your order.
By enrolling, you authorize Zova Capital LLC and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method $29.99 every 30 days following your free trial until you cancel your membership.
All membership pricing, billing frequency, and applicable membership terms are displayed during enrollment and prior to completing your purchase.
VIP Benefits
While your membership is active, you receive access to benefits including:
- Priority order processing
- Early access to new products and promotions
- Priority customer support
Free shipping and free returns are available to all customers and are not a VIP benefit.
Membership benefits are available only while your membership remains active. We may occasionally add, modify, replace, or discontinue individual membership benefits as the program evolves.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, your membership will automatically renew every 30 days for $29.99 after your initial 30-day free trial.
By enrolling, you expressly authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided during checkout until the membership is canceled.
Canceling your membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically cancel or refund separate product purchases.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, including during the free trial.
To cancel, submit the cancellation request form at https://shopzova.co/pages/contact. Cancellation requests are processed within one business day and you will receive written confirmation.
Once your membership is canceled, you will not be charged for subsequent renewal periods. Access to membership benefits may continue through the applicable paid membership period unless otherwise stated.
Payments & Billing
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Prices, product charges, membership fees, trial periods, and recurring billing terms are displayed at checkout.
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize recurring billing according to the membership terms disclosed at checkout until canceled.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by our applicable Refund Policy.
Membership charges already processed may be non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, materials, product information, and other resources are owned by or licensed to Zova Capital LLC.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
