Zova Golf VIP Membership Program
The Zova Golf VIP Membership Program (“Zova Golf,” the “VIP Program,” or the “Membership”) is operated by Zova Capital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to anyone (“you” or “member”) who enrolls in Zova Golf. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

Enrollment & Billing
By enrolling in Zova Golf, you agree to the following membership terms:

After the 30-day free trial ends, you will be charged $29.99

Your Zova Golf membership will then automatically renew for $29.99 every 30 days until canceled
Your product or order is charged separately at its normal price. The Zova Golf membership is a separate membership charge and does not replace or alter the normal price charged for the products in your order.
By enrolling, you authorize Zova Capital LLC and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method $29.99 every 30 days following your free trial until you cancel your membership.
All membership pricing, billing frequency, and applicable membership terms are displayed during enrollment and prior to completing your purchase.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing bovbiz1@gmail.com.
Zova Golf Benefits
While your Zova Golf membership is active, you receive access to benefits including:

Membership benefits are available only while your Zova Golf membership remains active.
We may occasionally add, modify, replace, or discontinue individual membership benefits as the program evolves.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, your Zova Golf membership will automatically renew every 30 days for $29.99 after your initial 30-day free trial.
By enrolling, you expressly authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided during checkout until the membership is canceled.
Canceling your membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically cancel or refund separate product purchases.

You may cancel your Zova Golf membership at any time for any reason.

Access to Zova Golf membership benefits may continue through the applicable paid membership period unless otherwise stated.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Prices, product charges, membership fees, trial periods, and recurring billing terms are displayed at checkout.
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize recurring billing according to the membership terms disclosed at checkout until canceled.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by our applicable Refund Policy.
Membership charges already processed may be non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
