Is the VIP purchase refundable?+
Yes. If you decide you no longer want access to our VIP club, email support@zovalabs.co and we will refund your last subscription charge as well as cancel your subscription.
How are benefits connected to me?+
Use the same customer account and email address for the VIP purchase and future orders so Shopify can recognize your membership.
Does VIP change product prices?+
No. Guest and VIP merchandise prices remain the same. VIP covers service and fulfillment benefits.
