We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns and refunds may be requested and the conditions that apply.
30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally:

Return Shipping
Unless the product was defective, damaged upon arrival, or the incorrect item was sent, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refund Processing

Zova Golf Membership Refunds
Zova Golf membership charges are subject to the terms disclosed when you enroll in the membership.
The Zova Golf membership includes a 30-day free trial, after which the membership is billed at $29.99 every 30 days until canceled.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting:
Cancellation prevents future membership renewal charges.
Requests for refunds of membership charges must be made within 30 days of the applicable membership charge and will be reviewed in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Product purchases and Zova Golf membership charges are separate transactions. A refund or return of a product does not automatically cancel your Zova Golf membership.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return where applicable, including:

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We are committed to addressing legitimate billing, delivery, product, and refund concerns.
Fraudulent disputes, chargeback abuse, or other fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of accounts, memberships, or access to our services where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers through their card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
