We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns and refunds may be requested and the conditions that apply.
30-Day Returns, Free
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused or show no unreasonable signs of use
- Include the original packaging and any included accessories or components
- Include proof of purchase or the applicable order information
We reserve the right to deny a refund if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, excessively used, or otherwise not in its original condition.

Return Shipping Is Free
Returns are free. Once your return request is approved we email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will never be asked to pay to send an item back.
Because outbound shipping is free on every order, there are no original shipping charges to withhold from a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible using the form at https://shopzova.co/pages/contact.
Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue.
If the claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
VIP Membership Refunds
VIP membership charges are subject to the terms disclosed when you enroll in the membership.
The VIP membership includes a 30-day free trial, after which the membership is billed at $29.99 every 30 days until canceled.
You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting the cancellation form at https://shopzova.co/pages/contact. Cancellation prevents future membership renewal charges.
Requests for refunds of membership charges must be made within 30 days of the applicable membership charge and will be reviewed in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Product purchases and VIP membership charges are separate transactions. A refund or return of a product does not automatically cancel your membership.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return where applicable, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that cannot reasonably be resold for health, hygiene, or safety reasons after use
Any applicable return restrictions will be disclosed where required.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact Zova Golf support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
We are committed to addressing legitimate billing, delivery, product, and refund concerns.
Fraudulent disputes, chargeback abuse, or other fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of accounts, memberships, or access to our services where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers through their card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
